just wondering about latest reviews on Areds as there were cautions on using these re the iron in them. Was taking two a day as recommended but decided to only take one.

I use lutein which I buy from Amazon
There is no iron in the Areds 2 formula
Vitamin C 500 mg
Vitamin E 400 IU
Copper (cupric oxide) ** 2 mg
Lutein - 10 mg
Zeaxanthin - 2 mg
Zinc 80 mg
