Anyone know why my right eye after cataract surgery was right eye visual acuity 6/6 2 years later, it was 6/9 Left eye 6/19 with cataract

hi there j am not really understanding the question here so you had cataract surgery in the right eye and it’s 6/6 snellen and your left eye is now 6/19 with a cataract ?

My right eye after cataract surgery was visual acuity 6/6 2 years later, it was 6/9 why did it change.

And my left eye is Left eye 6/19 with cataract not had this one done yet

The left eye is just that you have a cataract so no news here

Right he may have some pacification. Which can happen even after some years of having cataract surgery. What did the the optometrist say?

Not seen optometrist booked eye test for Tuesday, so you think my eye sight could of changed and I just need glasses for driving now? My eye is not cloudly at all

I am not understanding how you know your sight has changed then? Was this done at a hospital then? With a Snellen chart ?

No it was done at a diabetic screening

Ah ok at a DESP appointment. I would double check with an optometrist for sure. There can be up to two lines of difference depending on the day. So it may still be 6/6 snellen.
