I’ve has this for about 10 days in one eye.

anybody have any suggestions as to how to get rid of it

don’t think you can, I have it constantly in both eyes, normally worse when overtired and I haven’t rested them enough from screens.

Hi Mariannecambodia. Have you seen your doctor about this? If not, maybe you should think about it to get some advice if nothing else.

I’m in Greece for 3 months. I can do that when I get home though if it’s stillbothering me.

I get this when really tired. I'm afraid the only solution I've found is proper rest - if you're in Greece I hope you're also wearing sunglasses? If you still have it when you get home then definitely see a specialist.
