Thanks, I have been having Lucentis injections in my right eye but now the left eye has macular oedema too but apparently although being told it would be injections in the left eye a telephone message tells me the eye does not meet the criteria for injections so it will be laser treatment.

A bit stunned today as my type 2 is under control and was told it is spikes from my long term steroid treatment that is making my sugars unstable. A lot to think about today.

Will do. I went for my Lucentis injection today but the opthamologist said I couldn't have it as she diagnosed blepharitis!
