Went to the low vision specialist yesterday. So here is where things are right now. There is no fixing my distance vision. I was seeing things I was drawing if I want to do detail at about 6 inches. Well he was able to up my readig glasses to a 6 and I have a bit of a stigmatism. So now I can see about 9 or 10 inches away. So it is clearer and will help me draw. I take picturs of my subject then blow up different parts at a time to see what is going on. Also who ever was talking about the large letter skin for your computer keyboard. Thanks so much I got one right away. It is really making a difference. I tried some of the binocular stuff while there. But I didn't like how small the field of vision was. I have been using the seeingAI app which is free and amazing as well as my eye phone to see things closer I am drawing. I have not picked up a paint brush again yet as I though I sould woork on drawing again to see if can get a better chance when I try painting again.

So pleased to hear that the skin on your keyboard is helping. I just lifted mine to remind me what the keyboard looks like without the skin - I couldn't see one key!! It's one of the best purchases I have made.

I haven't heard of the seeingA1 App. I will have a look at that. Are you using the Acessabily on your iPhone. The built in magnifier that has a control button that sits on the "desktop" is very useful. I wouldn't be able to see anything on the iPhone without it.

Take care, wishing you lots of luck.

Thank you so much. It's a challenge. But, like you being an artist is who I am not what I do.
