On a lighter note, I completed the AMD survey for my Amazon voucher, I used it to buy a bottle of my husbands favourite malt whisky. A real treat for him.

I have also found by asking the hospital not to use the iodine wash, my after Eyelea injections, the after agony has gone. Magic.....

Hello Mike, yes, it comes by email with a code to use at check out. Also I forgot to use it straight away, so they sent me a reminder. Simple to use at checkout on Amazon, just enter the code in the box provided by Amazon.
