Hi all I have been taking Macushield capsules for about ten years now I e had wet macular almost 2yrs have had 12 lucentis injections in left eye and 6 in right eye was told last week both eyes now dry but to carry on with injections for a while longer injection doctor told me if i didn't have injections or Macushield would probably be blind now hoping to go to my opticians to up date my distance glasses almost 2yrs old now I get my Macushield capsules from Amazon every 3months @ £29.00 a box that's about the cheapest I've come across

Thank you for posting this, my dad has wet AMD too and has been taking macu shield but hasn't known if it does anything or not, this has given us a lot more hope!

Glad your wet MD has finally dried up. Well done! Mine dried up after just 3 eylea inj. and was given 2 further ones just to make sure. I have now been without inj. for 15 weeks and no sign of new vascular activity as yet. I wonder how long this lull will last before it starts again. Do let us know how you fare if and when your injections are halted. It seems impossible to find a possible time range of reccurence on any website. All the best.
