I have been diagnosed with aggressive non-Hodgkins lymphoma in the stomach and am finishing the final round of tests before treatment. I am at home, taking an assortment of meds, including hydromorphone and Tylenol for pain. I have constant cramping and moderate to severe pain even with the meds, and the only time I am not in pain is when I'm sleeping which is running about 20-22 hours a day. I would like to know if this is what I can expect until the treatment starts, Has anyone else been through this? Any suggestions, or out this as good as it gets for now?
thanks,
Stephan

I had the pain and also the same pain meds before I started Venetoclax, which like a miracle took care of the pain within about a week.
I was on Acalabrutinib before, which I had to stop after 8 months due to side effects of atrial fibrillation and damaging my heart muscle itself. After stopping treatment my lymph nodes grew huge and some of them were pressing on my stomach and duodenum and the pain started then.
What kind of investigations did you have so far and what is your doctor saying about the pain you are experiencing?
My heart goes to you and hopefully you will find your answers and help soon.
