MMF = Mycophenolate Mofetil. It is a heavy duty immunosuppressant. Used to stop people rejecting transplanted organs and now also used in serious lupus (eg kidney involvement - and maybe also for your lungs*). I take it and have no issues with it (except insomnia - but I had that from steroids anyway).
AZT + Azathioprine. Another immune suppressant. Make sure you have a test for the enzymeTPMT first. You need TPMT to synthesize AZA efficiently I think, and 30% of us don't have it, or enough of it.
Not sure what bibasal fibrosis is exactly - but it has to do with your lungs and lung function, I think (someone will tell me if I am wrong, I hope).
Don't panic - it sounds as though the rheumatologist is on the ball.
Thanks Maggie. I don't have insomnia with my steroids. My plaquenil knocks me out! lol
