It's chilly and cold but sunny down here in wonderful Whitstable. I am feeling pretty pleased with myself as I have just managed to walk around town for an hour or so, have a non-fluffy latte with sweeteners (vain attempt to counteract the mince pie glut over xmas) and buy a few books from the charity shop. Back in bed, painkillers taken ready for a quickish kip.
