Vasculitis can cause them (which a lot of us lupoids get) plus u can just get them from injuring u're nail anyway. I get them every now & again.

Ahhh, well I never!

I have had these, mainly on my toe nails for about 18 months now. Very painful and have never been able to get an answer or a reason. Now I know!

Thankyou x

I get them on fingers and toes. I was told its my heart throwing them off & the nail beds are just the points they can be seen. I always got then as part of pms too but now I know if I get them I must rest as they are a sure sign of active lulus for me.

Well blow me down. Is that what these r? I sometimes get them, they blinking hurt, I just assumed I had stabbed myself with a pin when dtessmaking or bashed the nail. They r always worse on my.left hand, which is my fabric holding hand. I'll add it to.my list. I am however starting to worry that I am.just looking for thingsto add to.the list.
