Please take part in this survey for a study looking into the effects of the COVID-19 vaccine in patients with autoimmune diseases.

The survey is also open to people who do not have any health issues so that it can be used for comparison.

You must be 18+ to take part, the survey should take approximately 10-20 minutes - surveymonkey.com/r/957YL3B

Thanks Chanpreet - I have brought it to the attention of the PMRGCAuk community. And done it myself of course!

I haven't! But thank you for letting me know, this was the brief we were given.. How long did it take for you to complete it?

Honestly no idea - they say 7mins in the blurb but it was well over 10 I think - partly trying to work out why it would refuse to progress to the next page because something wasn't to its taste! Like the year in dates having to be in full (i.e.not 01/01/21 but 01/01/2021). And a lot of multiple choice "on a scale from ..." which always take time.

And as for the sliding scale to enter AGE - whose idea was that!!!!!!

Took at least 10 mins just to remember all my vaccination dates.put your age in the box rather then use the sliding scale

I can’t see your institutional affiliation and would need that before completing questionnaire.

This only applies to the first 4 doses. No option to enter details for the 5th. Not that I've had any problems with the 5th jab but if they want accurate information I think it should be included.

I can't do this Chanpreet. The calender part is too much for my foggy brain today..had 4th dose on Sunday 😴 Can anyone enlighten me as to how to fill the dates in? Can't seem to just enter the date in the box..instead I have to scroll backwards n it's taking too long!! 🌈😽😽Xx

Hi Krazykat26, that's okay. Thank you ever so much for filling in as much as you can, I appreciate your update. - Chanpreet 💜

Thanks Chanpreet. Done ✔️ (finally!).

Great that this is being researched. I had long flares with new symptoms after each vaccine, and my Rheumatologist said many of her patients were the same.
