Constant pain in arms and legs which get worse at night

Been suffering with pain in my arms and legs for 4-5 weeks now, pain worse at night, especially elbows, wrists and hands. I assume its a flare - any advice to help sleep at night would be great x

Pregnizone or lyrica works for me. Started a new med, works and blocking the pain reseptors in the brain, and it works only problem , won't know If there are any other problems, inability to recognize pain. But when I'm desperate ill try or do anything .

Ask your doc what they think , just a break from the nagging pain is all I ask, now that very little hurts don't know if I can give up this med.
