Hiya, you are not alone, mine is exactly the same. I always feel so uncomfortable. It probably does go hand in hand with lupus as with many other weird things. All the medication doesn't help though. I've had loads of tests & biopsies they just said ibs. I do find as the day goes on it gets worse too. Makes you feel you don't want to eat doesn't it. But mine is the same if I don't eat.
I do find some foods ie fruit makes it worse especially dried fruit. I have awful pain. I do suffer a lot with constipation, in fact I don't go at all unless I take laxatives. You are right it does make you feel unwell and grumpy.
Glad to know we are not alone in this, such a pain hey, but please keep smiling.
God Bless to you all x
Ahh, thankyou for your reply, as you said its good to know we are not alone.Sense of humour is definately a good thing especially when I look 9 month preganant at my age, people stare if I'm out 'cos I am only tiny with this enourmous belly, but hey it goes down in morning and comes back the next day. Please keep well, xx
try keeping off milk and go onto soya i found such a difference with my stomach being swollen and really bloated. it wont hurt to try. hope you try as it really is helpful with this.you can only try....
