Here's a personal one - but I think for a lot of us is one that causes great issues - vaginal dryness. What have you used and found that actually works?

Take a look at this wyesyesyes.org intimate water based lubricant that seemingly is very popular in one health food shop according to staff. Good luck.

At last someone has asked this question I too have sjorgens,SLE,Fibromiagia I get extreme dryness and is arctually made having intercourse almost impossible but I have found a very good lubricant it is called Sylk you can get it on the Internet it is a little expensive but it lasts a long time well worth it for any normality of life. I too had to have an hysterectomy when 34 I am now 55. Think this problem is very over looked it also doesn't help with the urine infections I get. Give it a try think you will be pleased with it. Good luck. X

Hi millyrose,I am actually chewing sugar free gum as I am typing this, like you I use it 24/7,I carry around water also,I have to have water when I eat as I can't swallow food without water.

I use hypermellose eye drops, bits a nuisance having dryness,my teeth are falling Sparta I have had 2 teeth removed and 7 fillings in the last 9 months, then last week I lost a piece of tooth fro yet another tooth.

Amaizing what dryness. can do to our bodies.

Get ID Lubes - see idlube.co.uk/. Or Durex lubes - from Boots. I use both types. I have APS, Sjogren's and possibly Lupus so have moderate vaginal dryness. But these lubes make everything work just fine!

I also get it. I use ky jelly or a cheaper type. I'm not sure whether it's sjorgrens or because i'm post menopausel. It usually bothers me at night.

I use Sensilube by Durex. I think I bought it in Tesco. It is a vaginal moisturiser and I have found it much better than KY and a little goes a long way. I am going through an early menopause but not allowed HRT as previous CVA. Over the past 2 years my libido has steadily decreased and there is nothing Drs can suggest.

Hi, have never been on before, so I hope u don't mind. A previous reply mentioned using sylk. I use this and it is very good snd natural. It is not widely known but you can get it on prescription. A locum mentioned it and have used ever since. Pity no nice natural cure for other symptoms. Sorry for rambling.
