Awake
zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
lol well nobody has answered you..........yet
I was...til 4am. Not slept a full night for weeks. No idea why but not much you can do at that time of night except toss and turn or read...very frustrating. thankfully it is school hols and nothing to do today so have been able to mooch today. Hope it sorts out soon.
Tip: if you have an unlimited data contract with your internet provider and a laptop or pc in the lounge or bedroom, relax and watch some of the fab National Geographic or other programmes/series from America and abroad that we otherwise don't get to see in UK (although there are British shows/series too). Both these websites have links where you can watch for free - I wouldn't recommend downloading anything though, including codecs (just to be on the safe side). You need to have a good advertisement-blocker running. Putlocker, Sockshare, Videobam, Videoweed and Novamov are the best to use. They often open another webpage of advertising, which is why they are free to use - simply close it and enjoy:
3.22 am...I cannot sleep either..pains in legs...
Slept. tired out all day, now wide awake!!!!!Gruuuuuur
Melatonin helps me reset the biological body clock over 1/ 2/ 3/ nights, deepens my sleep and helps keep me asleep for a ggod restful night. I take pain relief to sleep if pain is being a pain!! For me I learnt that journal writing daily re isuses and grumps is helpful, consciously releasing the day, counting all the things I'm grateful for... including challenges building character and compassion. Best wishes to all.
So sick of staying awake for days on end, even worse are the comments of "tetchy today",
taken to doing word searches.....bad huh !!
Pains in legs seem to get a lot worse as well so take painkillers, sometimes helps..
Wishing you all a really good nights sleep xx
