I do meditation every day, I have a home altar which is part of my spiritual practice, have a healthy diet (vegan), a support network, take all my medcines, don't smoke or drink, take regular gentle exercise, have a good relationship with both my GP and hospital clinic staff, don't focus on my ailments, when I have a problem I ask for help.

Thanks."Don't focus on ailments" is a biggy in my experience.. where i focus is where my energy goes.. do i want more of this aliment? no way! especially with pain. For me it helps to limit my efforts "seek solutions" for aliments to half an hour. Actively building up daily my good health helps heaps so far med free, mostly!. Been encouraged from reading on this site to build a better relationship with GP/s.

"When I have a problem I ask for help" thanks for that reminder. Just need to let go my false pride/ego !! that has stopped me sometimes asking for help when I could do with it. Sharing enriches my living and bring me joy. All the best.

Sounds like you are doing well oaktree. I know what you mean about focus and energy. I have an issue with anxious preoccupation and I have found spending too much time on forums can be a real trigger for my anxiety and stress. So now I am careful to limit time on them. Help others if I can, and ask for help if I am stuck. But not getting too involved.
