plaquenil/quin....

The pills have finally kicked in. Upper arm pain gone. Unfortunately so has most of my lovely wavy hair. It looks like a mad man has been snipping willy nilly. Have tried shampoos that are supposed to add volume. Any suggestions would be welcome? Thanks

No tips for shampoo but have found that Moroccan argan oil helps with the condition and makes it have a nice sheen. Have you thought of trying a radical new short style and embracing it? Glad to hear the pain is going. The relief I felt when that happened was immense. I had the opposite with my hair-it was coming out in handfuls till I started with plaquinel. I have also taken supplements to see if they would help too. Hope you continue to improve x

ojon /palm oil is good for thickening and making the hair lustrous. if you can afford it ohilip kingsley shampoo and conditioner is really good but pricey. good luck and keep well
