Foamy pee can be a sign of Kidney problems. Please go to your GP asap. I don't know about the mood swings, I'm afraid - other than as a general symptom of lupus.

didnt you go to the doctors last week?? you really should have your kidneys checked, the only symptom you may have is foamy wee at the moment but kidneys can take alot before giving you worring symtoms, but the damage is done inside i urge you to take this seriously, from someone with kidney involvement from lupus you dnt realise how precious these two organs are until they go wrong, please look after yourself xx

i have this and have had meds changed under renal urology rheumatolgy and thats now over a year, couldnt walk far short of breath had dvts, but the fab doctors that i see managed to get it under control but lost 2.5 cells to one of my kidneys so i would get to the doctor and tell him you need it seen to and bingo you will be at the admissions ward the same day so take a bag with you when you see the doctor at the gp practice

i agree with the above comments, I have had foamy wee when my kidney problems have been active , protein in the urine causes it to foam! good luck at the GP's Maggie S.....wishing you all the best, Liz
