Yes - it's an excellent supplement for chronic conditions. I take it as I believe SLE was triggered in me as a result of food and chemical allergies and also deficiencies of trace minerals including magnesium and selenium. This is partly due to poor quality fruit and veg and overuse of pesticides. Will also be eating mainly organic to regain my previous excellent health.

I took magnesium whilst I was feeling extreme fatigued and I think they really helped. I bought them from the health food shop and took 2 a day for 2 months. The only thing to be aware of is that you can take too much so after a few months it might be worth getting your GP to check your mineral levels as an overdose can be harmful. I also took aloe Vera to help with IBS symptoms which reduced those symptoms. Hope this helps!
My rheumetologist, prescribed, Magnesium, D3, and calcium to help the flares. I eat junk but starting today no more processed fast food and when I exercise on a regular basis I feel a lot better. How ever the steriods don't seem to be a good I can't lose weight. They give metforman
