I WAS STANDING IN THE SUN THIS MORNING AND AFTER ABOUT 5 MINUTES SOME PLACES ON MY SKIN WICH WAS EXPOSED STARTED TO BURN. IVE GOT SLE AND RAYNAUDS. CAN ANYBODY TELL ME WHY? TODAY IS A BAD DAY FOR ME, MY RIGHT HAND AND ARM AND LEGS ARE KILLING ME......... I TRULY TRY TO STAY BRAVE AND NOT TO SHOW PAIN INFRONT OF MY TWINS AND HUBBY BUT AS SOON AS IM ALONE I BALL MY EYES OUT. THANX FOR ALL THE HUGS I TAKE EVERYONE AND WRAP IT AROUND ME. LOTS OF HUGS RIGHT BACK.

Did your Rheumy explain about sun-sensitivity? I also burn very quickly and easily and I'm very UV sensitive. Catching the sun will make the inflammation worse in the body so it's best to avoid it by covering up, using at least factor 30 sun block (even on cloudy days) and staying in the shade during the hottest part of the day.
