Hydroxycloroquine and eye twitching

Hello, has anyone experienced eye twitching whilst taking Hydroxycloroquine? Just wondering whether this is a known side effect and whether I need to seek medical advice as I am week two of starting Hydroxycloroquine. I have dry eyes so it could just be due to that? Thank you.

Over the last three years on hydroxychloroquine my eye symptoms have generally improved.. (Still have dry eyes a bit though and have tried different eye drops like Evo Tear which help evaporative dry eye that I had before treatment started.)

Here is some info on hydroxychloroquine, and on screening for hydroxychloroquine retinopathy which is a precise condition.

Hope it helps. All the best sorting it out.
