hi everyone

I have had two nerve conduction tests done 2022 and 2023 and when I ask for results they have never sent me them I asked twice on both occasions seems odd first was private and second nhs I have have nerve issues since 2021 after covid and astra Zeneca jabs

any advice please ? 🙏

Hi Geeforce, not sure why they won’t send you the results, you certainly have the right to them. I’d try visiting them in person and requesting a printed copy. Sometimes that’s easier than waiting on an email that may or may not arrive. Good luck!

I’d go after the private test as you paid for that so they must give you a copy of the result. Write a very stern letter to the person who conducted the test. If you get nowhere contact the hospital where it was done and make a formal complaint. They will then chase it for you.

As for NHS test, it took me a year to get mine, so not sure why they are so bad at sending them.

Go through the hospitals PALS team they will support and direct you to right department. As NHS we can't give out information to PT unless it through official channels as it GDPR issue
