If you still can't fathom out do you have actuals readings you could screen shot and attach - no personal identity obviously. Each individual should have reading beside it - like this
HDL 1.78 mmol/L... but if your total is 3.5mmol/L then that's good.
You don’t seem to have all the information there - each part should have your readings and then the range in brackets afterwards -
Cholesterol level
Triglyceride Levels
LDL cholesterol level
Cholesterol/HDL ratio
HDL Cholesterol level
And maybe-Non high density lipoprotein level…
Do you have the NHS App - if so might be worth looking at that to see if it’s more complete, although if it’s taken from GP records maybe not. But think you need to ask surgery to clarify..
I’ve just had my blood test back, they were testing my kidney function which came back stage 3. I’ve had worst but they will check me again in 3 months. I also had cholesterol checked and mine was 4.9, I was about to go on holiday when the practice nurse called me wanting to put me on statins. I have to call her when I get home. Just arrived in Turkey and instantly I have a horrendous chest infection, hardly been out the apartment as I feel dreadful. I thought I was prepared with my hat and clothing etc. the first day we went to get some shopping, and I feel like I had been sitting in sun all day. I came in shivering like I had sun stroke, face bright red. Had to go to bed for a whole day. Not the best start to my holiday.
Your LDL result is missing, so therefore you have no LDL/HDL ratio result. This is the one they worry about most. Your total Cholesterol is fine. Last one is your triglycerides.
