I don’t know if anybody will listen to me but if you get rid of gluten, dairy and refined sugar from your diet and eat organic 90% if not all symptoms will completely disappear!I’ve been studying the effects of food additives and processed foods on the body for 43 yrs! I was diagnosed with full body inflammatory arthritis, hypoglycaemia and neuropathy 5 yrs ago. I decided to tweak my diet and within 8 months all conditions disappeared!Dairy, because of the immense processing,if so bad for your body!causes eye and hearing issues also!just try it what do u have to lose except getting healthy?!

I hear you. I have the same experience. When I excluded gluten, all antibodies disappeared even sticky blood is gone. Minus dairy and sugar and my muscle and joint pains have gone. However, we are all different and I don’t think it would work for everyone.
hi Alberta that’s great news for you to hear you found your triggers, i have done this as advised by my rheumatologist two years ago and it helped digestion issues with lupus but has not helped fibromyalgia symptoms as much and after covid and two chest infections still off work. It’s a very slow recovery just like every flare, I am the tortoise 🐢 lol 😜
Thank you for the tip and the reminder that diet is so important for those of us who are suffering with illnesses. My transitions is a work in progress, but i am getting there. Thanks, have a blessed day.
It didn't for me I'm afraid, but my lupus is stress triggered. That said, it probably helps to keep me healthy.
I can only say that your are very lucky to be the exceptional one. Because I did try going completely free of those 100% and that was years before market has become so much easier. I used to spend so much money just buying gluten free materials, all organic and minimum processed. Pure this and pure that...
I have now become mostly vegetarian eating only the oily fish twice a week. All organic (except the fish but good supplier) and make my meals from scratch. I rarely eat out as I cannot trust restaurants. No plastic containers, only glass and etc and no tap water, you name it. I do follow and follow. And good quality supplements too. But no. I am not as lucky. Food does play a huge role along with good mental and emotional health but none has worked for me. There are people who do all the right things and yet genetics take over.
Not everything is up to us. But congratulations to you and may you continue to be healthy!
