lupus rash

I have a very strange rash that starts off itchy after a few hours goes down and appears somewhere else even on my lips. The only place it hasn’t appeared yet is my hands and feet. Today it’s in my face and neck but initially started on my wrists. I don’t appear to have the Malar rash on my face so am very puzzled as to whether it could be a lupus rash or not, it doesn’t appear to be an allergic reaction . Pharmacist was puzzled he said he didn’t think it was contagious. Otherwise I am well! I would appreciate your thoughts on this. Thanks!

Hi, what does the rash look like? I have lupus but never had the malar rash on my face. I did have a a different rash.

Hi, it’s small red itchy spots in batches.

Hi Jolevans, Yes I also have this rash on legs and arms. Seems to move up and down my left arm. Stress makes it worse and I noticed spicy food really irritates it.

I had an allergic reaction to creams from GP so I’ve just been using Aveeno.
