Possible Malar rash

Hello because of symptoms I am suffering, my GP has referred me to rheumatology, neurology, and dermatology to see what the possible cause is. And I was wondering if this could possibly be a malar rash caused by lupus. I know it can’t be properly confirmed unless by a biopsy/blood tests but I was wondering if it anyway looked somewhat similar in appearance to one. It’s not itchy and just feels warm to the touch.
