Thank you! I will check this out. Daily yoga really helps reduce my Lupus symptoms.
Thank you. I've been wondering about something like this. However, if I have to sit on the floor (at all!) with my legs like that (!!), I've no chance! I'm looking for something to ease me in and gently wake up the muscles and tendons that have given up other than to cause me pain.
I'll check it out and see.
Well done Lupus UK. This is such a good initiative. I will certainly give it a try. Sitting cross legged is out of my league currently but something to aim for π. Keep up the good work.
Let us know how it goes! ππ
Just finished the session. The background 'effects' too loud. I was unable to hear the instructor properly. First half would have benefited by providing alternative positions other than cross legged or sitting on heels. Second half much better and more movements to practice.Overall enjoyable and good to learn breathing technique. π
Thank you ever so much for providing us with this feedback. Unfortunately, the video was filmed near a swimming pool and the mic picked up on the sound making it difficult to hear Komal. This won't be the case for the future video. I will send over the notes about providing alternative positions. Thanks again π
Aww thank you so so much for taking the time to post this great video- Iβve already started doing it! Xxx
Hi Chanpreet, I have just done the session and while I think it's a great idea, I really struggled with the background noise. I could hardly hear the instructor at all which meant I had to keep trying to move so that I could see the subtitles.
I really do think the session will benefit people but the audio needs working on. Also, as I haven't done alot of yoga it might help to do just 5 mins on the breathing pattern first to help get you focused and into the rhythm?
Sorry, I don't want to sound negative because it's a great idea, I just thought I should some feedback.
Thank you
HT.
Hi HappyTulip,
Thank you ever so much for your feedback.
Unfortunately, the video was filmed near a swimming pool and the mic picked up on the sound making it difficult to hear Komal. This won't be the case for the future video.
I will pass on the comments to Komal for her next video.
Much appreciated,
Chanpreet π
