hi folks, it’s been a while since I last posted, 3 years ago today it was the first week we went into full lockdown and it was a very scary time for all of us , Mira along with her 2 brothers kept us going through that time as we watched them grow and turn into the most wonderful puppies. Mira along with her mum Bea make us laugh everyday, Mira is so cheeky but so loyal and affectionate and we have the most wonderful bond as I along with lots of members on here we’re shielding . Mira will be celebrating with a chicken dinner today . Have a good week everybody 💞

that gave me a laugh with the chocolate 😂 I’m really struggling with the menopause which is why I’ve been quiet , I can’t go on HRT , went to see my GP and she said not a lot of people know but there is a couple of antidepressants I can take that will help with all my menopausal symptons, she is currently waiting back from a specialist to see what 1 is ok for me to take with all my other medications - god who would be a woman 😂 with hugs to you 🤗🤗❤️

sorry to hear about your menopausal symptoms. Mind you I really don’t think I had a menopause - but then I had an oestrogen fed breast cancer. Can’t win, eh 🥴

I agree, I’d rather come back as a well pampered dog or cat 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛🐕🐕🐕

Happy belated birthday Mira looks like you were spoiled(and rightly so) . You kept us all going during lockdown waiting every Monday for the next picture. when I was going through the menopause I took evening primrose oil with good effects 1000mg a day one or two tablets a day depending on which dose you buy good luck finding the right medication xxx

I hope evening primrose will help it made a difference for me i'm feeling very tired all the time so i have asked my GP to do some bloods otherwise i'm ok xx
