I love it! That photo just shows what cats are all about! "Go on, then...move me"!I have had some lovely cats in my life. They are really astute. My current 1 is a B/W girl, rescued during the 1st lockdown, in a storm. I thought she'd been ran over -just lying in my cat's shelter, covered in muddy water-she looked like she was dying.
Long story. Caught her. Vet checked. No chip. Adopted(the vet said she was anaemic, into possible liver&kidney failure, and to pts),but no broken bones. Emaciated.
Happy update is that she's the most delightful character &thoroughly enjoying life! When she went back to vet, they were amazed at her health and fell in love with her,due to her lovely nature.
She's a HUGE comfort if you are having a bad day (I think everyone should get a cat on prescription! They're also good for warming up your cold places&work like a comfort blanket! )& there are so many cats out there unwanted and breeding indiscriminately. We could "kill several birds with one stone "!π
I hope your little sweetheart enjoyed the "paw warming"...certainly looks like the cat who got the cream!ππ±
oh my goodness mustgetaroundtoit what an amazing story and how fantastic she made a full recovery and is loving life !
I do think the β9 lives β is so true and they bounce back so incredibly quickly . Thank you for sharing the story . They are indeed a great comfort Tiggy sleeps on the bed with me every night normally on my head ππxxx
Like I said...once you know the rules of cat - life is easier. It's a bit like the rules of fight club - "There are NO rules" Ignore at your peril... I'm currently living by the rules of badger, having lost the last of my fur babies 18 months ago, I've turned my attention to the local wildlife. He/she/they π gets really cross if the nuts aren't in the garden..I'm expecting him to knock on the foor soon π¦‘πΎ xx
