Thanks so much Meg , Mira is back to her self but I’ve come down with a flare up which I haven’t had for a while and forget just how horrible it is - how are you ? Are you still in a lot of pain with your knees ? Xx

They still haven't really got to the bottom of my knee/walking problems, but I'm having a partial knee op soon to replace my damaged meniscus. Hopefully, this will help.
