I know this sounds a bit daft, but maybe I can get an answer, since I started to get sick I have been struggling with burning breast, internally and red hot and burning to touch, I could itch and scratch them raw. I’ve always struggled with burning up at night but of late it’s been localised to my lalas. I’ve put ice down ther in my underwear (as I don’t want to scratch after a reduction a few years back, they cost to much to mess up 😂) and sleep with a wet flannel over them. Is this anything anyone else has found? Is this normal?
It asks if I want to add a picture below 😂

I had one, actually quite a few at the same time just over 2 years ago, I had a large mass, they scanned me and said I had “busy breast” as they were filled with cysts. I am just 43 so wasn’t due one but I had a 28J size bra and wanted a reduction for obvious reasons so they did this while assessing me.
I really don't want to worry you, but I also strongly suggest that you get a mammogram - or talk to your GP - asap (2y is a long time in the past). Breast cancer can start with hot itchy feelings on your lala's (love it!). I wish I'd know this a few years ago as mine started with this very symptom.
I'm likely to be wrong, but better safe than sorry.
I’ve had a call with the the pain clinic (scheduled) and I’ve mentioned this along with a list with of other symptoms as I’ve had a rough patch. She’s gone away to talk with the MDT, I’m just waiting on a call. It’s mainly grant (my left one) and Phil gets hot through being his close mate! My husband however is loving coming home to me with them out lay in front of a fan 😳Thank you so much for your reply x
I agree with the other's..time to put Phil n Grant in a concrete sandwich!! 😹Will give your docs a better understanding of what's going on with "The Mitchell's"!! Do you what as I've typed this I'm wondering if that's their surname..it's been years since I watched it? 🤔No course it is..I remember now!! 🤦😹The only time I had itchy burning boobs was my first pregnancy..someone advised me to dangle them in the bath!! It did help!!
I used to call mine Pinky n Perky...now they're Flopsy n Mopsy!! 😹🌈😽😽Xx
I haven’t watched it since the Mitchell’s were in it, but you are correct with their names. I most certainly cannot be pregnant and if I was mr C would be wondering how as I had the snip 20+ years ago and I had a endometrial ablation weeks back.
I now have an image in my head like a cartoon with deflated boobs like balloons with faces on. Mine are now stuck to me, I should maybe rename them stitch and fix?
But thank you for the advice, I’m waiting on a call back from the MDT still so I’ll ask them for the joy of sticking them in the hoohaa heat press!
Hi GNW, my left one felt hot and itchy and further to a scan, it showed lots of benign cysts. A cooling gel did help. How about covering up the Mitchell Bros with some cabbage leaves? An old remedy to soothe painful sore boobs when breastfeeding? Hope you get some respite soon 🥬 🤞🤗
That’s actually how I got my milk to go back when I had my babies, it worked too, it could be worth a try too, even if I have to smell like an old green grocers! ❤️
Any red hot, itchy breast deserves a thorough exam. Any signs of breast inflammation should always be addressed immediately, especially if not breast feeding. Please let your GP or Gyn know.
I have mentioned it to the pain clinic, who are getting back to me after the MDT, I did try today to book an appointment with the GP but there’s no availability. I have told my GP previously as I was putting ice down into my bra, he just said not to and to use a wet cloth instead👩🏼🦰
An ice pack should always be wrapped in a cloth..that's what I was told by a physiotherapist after I'd dislocated my knee n had damage to a tendon or muscle in my knee. I used ice packs but she stressed that I must wrap the ice in a covering coz it can burn the skin otherwise.I do hope u get a reply soon from the pain clinic..you definitely need to be examined GNW 🌈😽😽xx
