Butterfly Rash??

Hi,

I am wondering if my red face is from butterfly rashes or facial flushing? Just about everyday for hours I will get a butterfly like rash and my face feels hot but no temperature. Is this butterfly or flushing? For those of you who have the rash does it come and go? Is it temporary? Does your face feel hot? I do have SLE but I’m starting to wonder if it is facial flushing due to something else.
