Mystery swelling

First time posting but reaching out to anyone that may have experienced similar and be further down the line than I am right now!

So in November I had an odd reaction to something (possibly glue) whereby I got painful swelling g in my face with one side of my face feeling like it was being sucked away from inside and then swelling and redness all over my face but mainly in the left side. This was accompanied by throat gland uvula swelling and most of the glands in my body (internally) not one set visible lump but more like an enlarged body.

Fast forward to now (March) my body feels healthier and I’m happier in myself (when I reacted before I would cry all the time and my mood was really low) the swelling in my face has decreased with slight redness when in heat or in the sun or on my phone but the glands in my body still swell up everyday. It happens mainly when I lay down, I swell up and my throat gets big or when I’m sitting in the coach but I’m thinking maybe my glands are always swollen and I just notice it at these times- not sure but my glands are so big to the point I look like I have a double chin and a big inflated belly.

The drs have done tests and say everything seems normal in that respect ( my white blood cell count was high as well as protein and potassium count) and say it’s idiopathic angeiodema although I’m just not sure about this to be honest. Antihistamines do not help either.

I just don’t know what is going on with my body or where to start or who to even ask to see for this. I had thought it could be an allergy but there’s no contact rash or hives just internal swelling and all the time it seems.
