When I turn my head there are these veins on right side that come out. This doesn’t happen in the left.

Hi. I can't be sure - but I have a similar problem on my left leg. I've been told recently that I may have sticky blood ( or antiphosphlipid syndrome ) I've been taking 100mg of asprin daily for it for years - but now I may have to graduate to more full on blood thinners. I'm still waiting on a solid diagnosis - but for you - given this may (?) be happening in the neck - it would be very important to get it checked out and resolved quickly if you can.
