Broken teeth

Hi I'm really worried as over last 28 months had 3 teeth just break in half, I'm on the waiting list for NSH place but been waiting so long another one has broken now and feels like just a shard of tooth and open wound so called emergency dentist. Still got to wait a week but hey ho. Any advice as seems my dry mouth and lack of saliva is becoming a problem. I'm only 52 don't want to lose all my teeth! Any suggestions about gum or something that can increase salavia ??

Ask your gp about salivix pastels. I have sjorgens which causes dry mouth and eyes they help and taste really pleasant.my teeth are brittle too but I'm steroud dependent x

Biotene gel also can help , my dentist has also prescribed high fluoride toothpaste. I found gum made probelm worse unfortunately ☹️
