I’ve recently been struggling with a problem on my heels. I’ve seen quite a few doctors who don’t know what it is, but recently a doctor suggested that it may be irritant or allergic contact dermatitis, viral warts or even Lupus.
I have tried many topical creams including: antibacterial, anti-fungal and steroid creams which I use on my normal lupus flares but nothing seems to be working.
I just wondered if anyone has experienced this before or has had something similar?

Hi I had something like this a little while back , not quite such a big area as yours but looks the same. I don’t know what it is or the cause, sorry I can’t help but I hope you get some answers. Mine went after a few weeks on its own, put your feet up and rest your feet and good luck 👍
Thank you for your reply. Ah okay it’s so odd and I wonder why it appears. I appreciate it, and yes I have rested I just don’t know why it’s lingering for so long. Fingers crossed I find a resolution soon & thank you
