Tiredness
There is no magic pill for chronic fatigue - it must be managed by pacing and lifestyle adaptations. This post on another forum has collected links I gathered here over the years and you may find them useful. It doesn't matter what the disease name is - fatigue of autoimmune illness is all much the same.
A b12 check might be worth it as that's can contribute to fatigue and is another AI illness if you are deficient. Other then what Pmrpro suggested its rest, sleep and naps....I had a sleep day yesterday managed to make it to dinnertime then totally crashed. Just got to go with the flow x
It’s really unfortunate .there is no medication to Relieve it.It’s took me ages to come to ter switch it.
Pacing yourself and planning are the way to go,plus resting when fatigue hits.
Sorry your struggling with the fatigue at the moment - it’s truly awful - I have good and bad days with the fatigue but have learned to pace myself and when I am feeling exhausted I just have to sit and rest and do nothing xx
