Aw bless you in November 2019 i went to Pakistan for nearly 5 weeks my health was ok there then just had a lot of person problems glad your all well xxx

I think twitchy was feeling tired and frustrated at her doctors but she has gone quiet lately so hope she is ok.

Glad you got a bit of respite from going to Pakistan. different surroundings can make you feel different. xx
