🤩 THANKS: this is my Addenb. clinic, but so far I haven’t had your link’s material come my way - not even via our Patient portal (rheumatology did give us a less detailed letter, though, about 2 weeks ago) ❤️🍀❤️🍀❤️🍀 Coco
👍🤷🏼♀️...but my collection of Addenb clinics IS keeping in touch...eg today one of our wonderful specialist immunology nurses phone for a long chat re pros & cons of continuing to come in for IVIG or switching to subcut...have phone appts with various consultants lined up...well, will see when this chart does come my way! Thanks again 🤗❤️🍀
Have asked around ...my fellow Addenb rheumatology patients attending rheumatology vasculitis team clinic (ie I guess they’re prescribed with vasculitis as their MAIN issue) have this....V INTERESTING...my fellow SLE + CTD team patients are FASCINATED! THANKS AGAIN 💐❤️🍀
When you look at it - have a look at the top left corner "We are currently working on making this a smoke-free site". Made me laugh out loud - does the website like tobacco?????? Or is it all smoke and mirrors ...
🤣🤣🤣🤣...RIGHT near several signs saying the hosp is smoke-free, there is always a little pack of smokers tucked aside next to the main entrance of the principle concourse...nothing about “currently working on” in those signs 🙄
Exactly the same at ours - enormous label for No Smoking, next to the one for No Beggars ... No beggars in sight, but numerous staff and patients puffing away madly. I complained about a male nurse in the ECG room. I had to take a deep breath and hold it to get through him putting the electrodes on! Apparently they have been told that they are not to smoke in uniform - I wish now I had refused to let him near me - the just smoked aroma is bearable briefly, the left overs of several days fags is not.
Thanks PMRpro...still high risk...sigh. No letter or text - I suspect I may be un-coded, wrongly-coded...or just not coded at all 🤣🤣. Just mentioning in case anyone else is in the same position and feels lonely or forgotten😉.
No matter...I shield along with the best of them (but my, I hate the term 'shield')!
Ah ha...I'll shield...and wait...then shield some more...wait for this to be over...and plot a wonderful non-shield activity...in amongst less maddening crowds 😉🙂.
