Hi I recently visited my rheumatologist for fibromyalgia and while I was with him he noticed my red rash on my cheeks that I’ve literally had years. He sent me off for blood tests to check for lupus, everything come back normal apart from low Igm levels.
Pic attached of my said rash does it look like a lupus rash to you guys?
Does this mean I’m in the clear?
I do have some lupus symptoms but I’m aware it can mimic other illnesses.
And any idea what low Igm levels mean for me? Anything I should be concerned about
Thank you 😊

It may be hard to say “all clear.” Sometimes they have to watch you and re-test. It is certainly a good sign when the ANA is negative.
Ask your rheumatologist how suspicious they were about your rash. The classic malar rash seems to indicate active lupus so if you have had it for a long time, that may be a positive sign.
