Reason I asked my Poppa fell hitting his head on the garage cement floor. His Coumadin therapy caused multiple brain bleeds in every MRI level of his brain. It was terminal for him...he lingered 3 months before passing.

Blood vessels can weaken over time and even cause spontaneous bleeds.

Please be very careful about injuries you receive.

if you hit your head at all go to A & E and have your brain scanned for bleeding since you’ve already experienced this once.

You must always know your test results for your Coumadin blood work.

Should injuries occur in the future your blood count will aid the AE staff in treating you stat and will help save your life.

Sadly my Poppa didn’t tell anyone about hitting his head on concrete.

I found out over 6 hours after the accident and it was too late to safe his life by then despite rushing him to the ER ( US).

Best wishes for no more bleeds and good health.

Yes please never take any head injury lightly. Sometimes the slightest bump can take a life.

Remember Liam Neeson’s wife?

She wasn’t on any blood thinners and fell hitting her head slightly on the bunny ski slope.

That seemingly innocent head bump caused a terminal bleed for her.

The ER staff told us anyone on thinners had to be very vigilant abound head injuries every single one they are all potentially lethal.

Best wishes my friend for no more head injuries.

Take care my friend.
