Many of us when we meet with the doctors, it's like a deer in headlights. We forget what we've gone through during the past three months, since the last visit, unless we have had horrific symptoms.
Keeping a checklist throughout the months before our next dr. visit is always a great idea.
If we go in with our symptoms check list (as we've indicated in other posts), the doctor seems to listen to us a little better. 😊💜
