I just wanted to say a personal thank you to everyone who ran in the London Marathon, helping raise funds and awareness for Lupus, and the charity Lupus UK in particular.
Do any of you have personal stories to tell, were you there, either running, watching, at the Lupus UK cheering station etc ?
I believe Lupus UK had a number of runners. Plus I think a lot of the local regional Lupus UK groups had their own runners as well. For example here is a link to the people who were participating on behalf of my local West Midlands Lupus Group ( WMLG)

It would be great to hear your stories and any links to people who were raising funds for Lupus.
For example for WMLG runners rather than go through each individual participant, and their personal fund raising page, WMLG would happily accept a donation to the Lupus Team as a whole and, of course, give acknowledgment about any donations received

I've also seen this link via a Facebook group I'm part of. These 2 runners raised awareness and funds for Lupus UK (I understand they know a Scotland Lupus UK contact)
