Lines on nails.

I posted a while a go about not getting anywhere despite all my symptoms. My GP and optgamologist both referred me back to the neurologist. She was lovely but just said I'm 'just a poorly person' and if anything it is non psychological ME. She said if I googled all my symptoms, that's what I'd get. Only thing is I've done tgat a few times and that's never come up and the hospital (respiratory and neuro) keep saying my GP should stop suggesting there's more to do as there isn't whilst opthamology and ENT keep insisting I'm not being treated properly but they are not my main teams so can't refer me on.

Anyway, i now have a dark brown line across my toe nail that isn't from trauma and if it's not melanoma then it could be melanonychia which can be caused by guess what? Lupus or scleroderma.
