Hi all! My first time joining any sort of forum. I was diagnosed with lupus sle 10 years ago. Went through all the usual bad stuff (things that were all new to me) was suicidal at times. Ye, I know, what a fool! Slowly managed to ‘come to terms’ with my condition and things have been much better. I’m dealing with my first rheumatic flare up at the moment! Painfull!

Hi Jaguar,
Welcome to the forum, there are some wonderful people here, who will be a great support to you as they are to me
I was just about to ask if it ever gets any better when i read your post. To me it seems it never does.
Hope you get through this flare up fast and easily
I love your name!

Hi Lil18, thanks so much for your comments 😁 having eventually come to terms with my condition, and knowing it will always be there in some form for the rest of my life, I’d be lying if I said I didn’t suffer quite badly at times. But at the same time, I embrace the flare free days with open arms, as if they were my last. It’s sooooo good go feel normal!!!! Wish we all felt like it more often. Dealing with joint pains, rashes, itches, head aches, fatigue, mood swings, sleepless nights etc........becomes part of our every day to day battle. We just need to do the best we can to enjoy our lives without affecting others lives in a negative manner. Don’t you think? Sorry if I’m babbling, but this is the first time I’ve been able to let people know how I’m feeling. I should have joined here a long time ago!
Hope you all try to have a great Sunday! 👍🏽
So sorry to here😕
