It’s funny because my life seems to have gotten better since I’ve had lupus. It’s a daily struggle but overall I’m doing things that I would never have done with out that lupus diagnosis.

I think it really brought my confidence and personality out.

My GP did say to me with something like this it can bring you out of yourself 🙂🙂

Happy belated birthday 🎂 this mug sums up my life too. I’ve often been accused of just being lazy by friends and family on days when I couldn’t get out of bed until midday or had to cancel a lunch, outing etc. because I was feeling awful that day. Hopefully with better education and understanding people will be more understanding and less judgemental... we can but hope!!
