I thought that some of you may be interested that yesterday's episode of Garden Rescue on BBC1 had the team create a shaded and accessible garden suitable for Maureen who has lupus.

Yes, I saw it and was impressed with the plan. Just one criticism - the concertina shade was a good idea but certainly not UV proof so would not do the job for me. You can get uv proof canvas but it would be a lot more expensive. All depends on the degree of your sensitivity. Still, good to get a bit of exposure (if you'll excuse the pun!)
