Question about Autoimmune and Raynaud's

This really is just a quick question. I was wondering, since so many people with autoimmune disease seem to have Raynaud's phenomenon, is it possible to have autoimmune disease without having it? I don't seem to have any of the signs of it (that I'm aware of), but I have a host of other issues which have cropped up in the past couple of months so it's been a bit of a nagging question I've had.

If anyone knows the answer to that or is in a similar situation, let me know. I'd really appreciate it.
