Lupus 15+ years. Chloroquine, Cellcept, Azathioprine, one dose of Rituximab. Now starting on Tacrolimus but worried about long term. Anyone else?

have had Lupus for 28 years and been on Tacrolimus for about 8 years. 2mg in the morning and 1.5mg at night. I take it under the brand name Prograf and was advised to stay on the same brand and not change around. I have had no problems at all and just get a blood test every 3 months at the clinic to check my "tac levels". Good luck

Thanks for the reply. So far so good. Was having my levels checked fortnightly but monthly as of this week. None of the scary side effects described in the box!
